A technology entrepreneur turned real estate developer & real estate strategist.

Sreekanth is a seasoned entrepreneur with over two decades of real estate experience. After successfully building and exiting an IT and Hardware training business, he entered real estate in 2004, specializing in land aggregation, joint developments, government liaison, and residential development. He founded Nester in 2007, delivering acclaimed residential projects, and has advised major land-owning business groups since 2019. In 2026, he co-founded Tejora.

Nandakishore

Co-Founder

A relationship-driven real estate professional with deep roots in land ecosystems.

Nandakishore, a Bachelor of Commerce graduate, has been active in construction, real estate development, land acquisition, and residential and commercial projects since 2009, specializing in land aggregation since 2021. With expertise in landowner relations, government liaison, and on-ground execution, he co-founded Tejora in 2026 with a vision to build a trusted land aggregation platform that creates value for developers, investors, and landowners.
